Welcome to Exotic Hawaiian Yoga Adventures, a majestic journey back to the self. We are located on the Big Island of Hawaii which offers every terrain imaginable for you to explore on your spiritual journey. During your 7 or 11 day retreat, you will enjoy gourmet, natural vegetarian meals and be provided instruction, demonstration & workshops on hatha yoga, other transformational processes and the ancient healing science of Ayurveda.

Each morning greet the "Aloha" sunrise with a gentle spirit-moving yoga practice followed by an organic vegetarian breakfast. After a stroll along our awe-inspiring premises, take part in a workshop facilitated by one of our guest therapists, holistic practitioners, or highly skilled chefs. During our eco-excursions, we will spend our time enjoying multiple sightseeing and interactive adventures available only on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Ease back into the evening with a heart opening yoga practice or other activity, followed by a nourishing meal grown with local fruits and vegetables to warm your soul. Enjoy the "Aloha" sunset along with many quiet spaces for personal soul searching and our evening workshops.
